Telehealth or Home Health

I work with children ages 0 months to 14 years of age (and parents:) in-home, via telehealth or at school and specialize in a DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT approach, offering a variety of services to assist you on your journey as a family unit, always with your child's specific needs and safety in mind. EVALUATIONS -  I utilize clinical observation, screenings, and standardized tests to evaluate skills in all areas of concern. Evaluations last approximately 30 min-1 hour (not including scoring) and include a ~15-minute verbal report to discuss findings. The fee for an evaluation is  1 hour of direct service. Should you need extra time, just ask! Fee for 1-hour evaluation $150.

INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY - We are currently serving via Teletherapy and in-home. Sessions generally last 1 hour with the frequency determined by a combination of your child's delay, ability to tolerate treatment, scheduling availability, and family resources. The hourly rate is $100. Discounts available for bi-weekly and weekly clients.  

Accepting Medicaid and most insurances as well as pay for service for therapy.
